Bloom Treasure ships to customers in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia.

Shipping costs are calculated based on your destination and order value and are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

United States

For orders shipping to the United States:

  • Free shipping on orders over $45 USD

  • $3.90 USD shipping on orders below $45 USD

United Kingdom

For orders shipping to the United Kingdom:

  • Free shipping on orders over £35 GBP

  • £3.49 GBP shipping on orders below £35 GBP

Canada

For orders shipping to Canada:

  • Free shipping on orders over $59 CAD

  • $5.90 CAD shipping on orders below $59 CAD

Australia

For orders shipping to Australia:

  • Free shipping on orders over $59 AUD

  • $5.90 AUD shipping on orders below $59 AUD

Order Processing

Orders are prepared and processed as quickly as possible after they are placed.

Processing time is separate from shipping or transit time.

During periods of high order volume, holidays, promotions, or other exceptional circumstances, processing may take longer than usual.

Once your order has been shipped, you may receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where tracking is available.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on your destination, carrier, customs processing, and other factors outside our control.

Any delivery estimates shown on our website, at checkout, or in order communications are estimates only unless expressly stated otherwise.

While we do our best to ensure orders arrive promptly, Bloom Treasure cannot guarantee an exact delivery date.

Tracking

Where tracking is available for your shipment, tracking details will be sent to the email address provided with your order.

Tracking updates are managed by the shipping carrier and may sometimes take time to appear after your order has been dispatched.

Customs, Duties, and Import Fees

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, handling fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee paid to Bloom Treasure.

Any customs duties, import taxes, or similar charges imposed by local authorities are the responsibility of the customer.

Bloom Treasure does not control these charges and cannot predict their amount.

Customs Delays

International shipments may occasionally be delayed by customs authorities.

Customs processing times are outside Bloom Treasure's control and may vary by country and shipment.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Please contact us at support@bloomtreasure.store as soon as possible if you notice an error in your shipping address.

If the order has not yet been shipped, we will do our best to update the address.

Once an order has been shipped, we may not be able to change or redirect it.

Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal of delivery, failure to collect the package, or another issue outside our control, please contact us.

Additional shipping costs may apply if the order needs to be sent again.

Lost Packages

If your tracking information shows no movement for an unusually long period or you believe your package has been lost, contact us at support@bloomtreasure.store.

We will review the situation and, where appropriate, work with the carrier to investigate the shipment.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at support@bloomtreasure.store as soon as possible.

Please include your order number and photos of the damaged product and packaging where possible.

Where we confirm that an item arrived damaged, Bloom Treasure will cover the cost of resolving the issue in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
